L ast month, BIFA & CNS held a joint Solent port community meeting with over 50 people in attendance. Matthew Bradley, managing director of CNS, opened the meeting and was followed by BIFA director general Steve Parker, who updated members on the latest developments, including the planned cargo handling changes at Heathrow Airport. EU-EES system highlighting the new EU-EES system due to start in November 2024, as well as the planned roadworks for the A34/M3/J9 due to start autumn 2024.
