He is also the author of a number of cookbooks, published his autobiography Life on a Plate in 2012 and posts regular updates on his online blog. In 2020, with the help of his daughter, Libby, Gregg launched a weight loss and health website now known as GreggWallace.Health. During the ceremony, Gregg will present certificates to, and pose for photos with, the category finalists, then entertain guests with an after- lunch speech before being joined on stage by the category sponsors to announce the winners. On arrival guests will have time to enjoy a pre-luncheon drink before taking their seats for the afternoon’s proceedings, which will include the presentation of certificates, a wonderful three- course luncheon, a speech from Gregg Wallace and finally the announcement of the category winners.
