Registration for all aquatic lessons is first come, first served using direct online registration, or in person registration at the DCRC on the dates listed. Payment is required at time of registration. We strongly suggest that you print a receipt when you register online. Direct online registration offers participants fast and convenient registration results. Registering for an alternative class if you cannot get into your first choice is encouraged, as space and numbers of instructors are limited. • You may need to reference the class schedule online so you have the correct program number. • New customers can create an account online, however all accounts created online are set to non-resident status. Any Dublin resident or school district resident will need to come to the DCRC to verify residency in order to register online at the Dublin resident or school district rate. • Incorrect household information may cause registration difficulties. Should you experience errors due to incorrect ages of your child or other household information, call 614.410.4550 to update your household information, then try again. • To check the status of your enrollment, log in, click on My Account, then My History under History & Balances. PREPAYMENT POLICY Payment is due upon registration. You must use a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX when registering online. If you prefer to use cash or check, payment is required in person at the DCRC at the time of registration. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY Please check the dates of the swim lesson session closely as refunds are not issued once the session is in progress. Exceptions may be given for medical reasons with a physician’s note or approval from the Aquatics Supervisor. Full refunds are granted, minus a $15 administrative fee, if requests are made prior to the start of the first class date. MAKEUP POLICY No makeup classes are offered for lessons missed by participants. Lessons canceled due to weather or mechanical issues are made up at a later date at the same time. If the pool schedule does not permit, a refund will be issued. All participants receive a call to the phone number provided during registration and are notified of the make-up date.
