Community Event Permit Process More than 100 events per year choose Dublin as their host city. The Community Event Permit Process is designed to ensure a safe and successful event for organizers as well as participants, guests and our residents. If you are planning an event on Dublin public property or inviting guests to an event that may affect public property, traffic or residents within or surrounding the City of Dublin, a Community Event Permit is required.
