DEI ROADMAP 2023 Overview of the DEI journey and goals at ESRT Our executives and our consultant have agreed upon the following five priorities for our DEI journey and ESRT goals:

Communication High-level introduction of ESRT’s DEI strategy to employees and preview of upcoming opportunities to learn more. CEO Q&A sessions to connect everyone to DEI at ESRT and answer employees’ questions.
DEI Training Workshops Provide continued DEI training to people managers and employees throughout the year to broaden foundational DEI knowledge connected to ESRT’s goals.
DEI in Policies and Programs Ensure equitable policies and design interventions and programs in our buildings, organization, and community. Annual rotation in employee-led Inclusion Committee to allow for new representation.
Supply Chain Diversity Deeper work into internal diverse supplier approach and tracking system across all departments. Clear internal communication and direction on process and reporting.
Succession Learning, Planning, and Development Transparency for career development coaching opportunities and equitable selection process in future leadership development programs. Begin Inclusive Professional Development and Training Reimbursement Policy for all employees.
