HINDLEAP WARREN: Year 3 residential n Year 3 are made a much quieter journey back to school from Hindleap Warren after an action packed two days. On arrival, the boys were delighted to explore and enjoy their playground for the next few days, mammoth games of football, basketball & ‘a battle in the trenches’ ensued within the forest. Over lunch, we enjoyed our picnics in the glorious sunshine. Unfortunately, the weather took a turn in the afternoon but we didn’t let that dampen our spirits. The boys set upon their brilliant plethora of activities including an earth walk, rock climbing, high wire seesaw & a very (very) muddy obstacle course - more of a swim. To end our first day, the boys thoroughly enjoyed roasting marshmallows on a campfire whilst treating themselves to hot chocolate & cookies & a good story before bed. After an early start to Friday, the boys continued on with their range of activities before a well-deserved lunch and nap on the way home.
