Registration Information SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION IS ONLINE ONLY!

To allow for a fair registration process, registration takes place online only at DublinOhioUSA.gov/recreation-services/online-registration/. There is no in-person or over-the-phone registration. PRIORITY REGISTRATION – ALL 8 WEEKS Camps available for Priority Registration: Wyandot Camp (both locations), Camp Kaltenbach and Extended Weeks Camp Priority registration begins at 6 a.m. Thursday, March 14 for Dublin and school district residents who want to register and commit to the entire 8-week camp season. By choosing priority registration for the 8-week camp season, you are not eligible for refunds, credits or transfers. This policy is non-negotiable. Extended Weeks Camp secured during Priority Registration are eligible for refunds, credits or transfers, but only as outlined in the Refund/Credit & Transfer Policy established for our summer camps. Extended Weeks Camp must be added to your cart separately during your online Priority Registration enrollment. Please note that participating in Priority Registration DOES NOT GUARANTEE your child’s enrollment for the extended weeks. WEEKLY REGISTRATION Camps available for Weekly Registration: My First Camp, Playground Adventure Camp, Wyandot Next, Teen Adventure Camp and Counselor in Training Weekly registration begins at 6 a.m. Friday, March 15 , for Dublin and school district residents who would like to choose the weeks their child is registered for camp and be eligible for refunds, credits, and transfers. During this enrollment period, families may request enrollment in any weekly camp. Registering for camp on a week-to- week basis makes you eligible for refunds, credits or transfers, but only as outlined in the Camps Refund/Credit and Transfer Policy. NON-RESIDENT REGISTRATION Non-resident registration opens at 8 a.m. Wednesday, March 20. Non-residents are eligible to register for priority and weekly registration camps. Please Note: If a camp reaches its capacity during an earlier registration period, no additional seats will be available during the non-resident registration. *There is no camp for any of our summer camps on Wednesday, June 19 and Thursday, July 4.*

Join by clicking here: eepurl.com/igoyHH The core summer camp season begins June 3 and runs through July 26 . Extended Weeks programming operates July 29-August 9. Camps are open to preschool, youth and teen participants. The American Camp Association© (ACA) has recognized our Wyandot Camp for achieving ACA-Accredited© status for 2024. ACA is the only independent accrediting organization reviewing camp operations in the country. Its nationally recognized standards program focuses primarily on the program quality, health and safety aspects of a camp’s operation. ACA collaborates with experts from the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Red Cross, and other youth-serving agencies to ensure that current practices at the camp reflect the most up-to-date, research-based standards in camp operation.
