Preschool Open Gym Bring your little ones to Preschool Open Gym! The gym has age- appropriate toys and equipment for you and your child to play and have a safe, fun time. This is an unstructured program and parent participation is a requirement throughout the program. At least one parent for every three children (1:3 ratio) is required. Tickets are available for purchase online or in person. All ticket purchases are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or transfers are permitted. P.O.G. Pass The P.O.G. Pass is a pass that allows for quick entry into the Preschool Open Gym program. The P.O.G. pass does not expire and is valid anytime Preschool Open Gym is in session. The P.O.G. Pass is $30 and is good for 11 visits (one free visit!). Families with multiple children may purchase a single pass for the household and share it between children. Those interested in purchasing a pass may pay for it in-person at the DCRC membership desk.

eepurl.com/igoyHH Registration Policy:

All Preschool, Youth & Teen program registrations close seven days prior to the start of the first class. The 7-day closure window allows our team time to complete program logistics and communicate details with our participant families. Late registration requests are not guaranteed. Late registrations must pay the full program fee – no pro-rated rates are available. Program Refund Policy: A cancellation request form must be submitted to the Welcome Desk of the DCRC at least seven business days before the first day of class for a refund of fees paid minus a $15 administrative fee. No refunds or transfers are processed after this time. Participants assume risk and responsibility for changes in personal schedules or health. A full refund is issued if the Division of Recreation Services cancels an activity or rental. Special Accommodations Requests: Recreation Services promotes an inclusive policy for all of our programs. To discuss program options to suit your child’s needs or best interests, please contact Meaghan Campbell, Adaptive Recreation Coordinator, at mmcampbell@dublin.oh.us for an inquiry of needs to form an accommodation plan. An accommodation plan must be completed before the start of the program.
