School’s Out Recreation Services Staff
School’s Out participants stay actively engaged in games, crafts, and nature/science exploration, with specialized activities and guest speakers scheduled from noon to 2 p.m. each session. Outdoor play is possible (weather permitting). Bring a nut-free lunch and be prepared for a day of fun and play! Participants do not swim during this program. A 2024 online healthcare form is required to participate - parents/guardians are sent Health Care Form information via email closer to the date of the program. All Preschool, Youth & Teen program registrations close seven days prior to the start of the first class. The 7-day closure window allows our team time to complete program logistics and communicate details with our participant families. Late registration requests are not guaranteed. Late registrations must pay the full program fee – no pro-rated rates are available. Program Refund Policy: A cancellation request form must be submitted to the Welcome Desk of the DCRC at least seven business days before the first day of class for a refund of fees paid minus a $15 administrative fee. No refunds or transfers are processed after this time. Participants assume risk and responsibility for changes in personal schedules or health. A full refund is issued if the Division of Recreation Services cancels an activity or rental. Special Accommodations Requests: Recreation Services promotes an inclusive policy for all of our programs. To discuss program options to suit your child’s needs or best interests, please contact Meaghan Campbell, Adaptive Recreation Coordinator, at mmcampbell@dublin.oh.us for an inquiry of needs to form an accommodation plan. An accommodation plan must be completed before the start of the program.
Saturday Art Club Sandy Kao A perfect experience for those interested in art and exploring their artistic abilities! Through various projects, young artists develop a basic understanding of drawing, watercolor and acrylic painting. The program provides step-by-step instructions to ensure that all participants create a successful piece of artwork. Each class covers separate topics and offers new projects.
