Advanced Fitness Orientation NEW Take your fitness journey to the next level with our Advanced Fitness Orientation. If you are looking for more guidance and a personalized approach on the fitness floor, our Fitness Specialist can help. During a 60-minute session, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your goals, strengths, weaknesses, and any injuries or restrictions you might have. Based on your interests and needs, you’ll receive an individualized, easy-to-follow workout designed just for you. Available for DCRC members only.
