Enjoy the safety, well-being and convenience of hatha yoga from your own space. After completing registration, your receipt will include a ZOOM meeting web link and instructions that you can use to access the classes using a home computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone. Increase mind/body awareness and improve your health through Hatha Yoga. The ancient art of Hatha Yoga increases flexibility and strength while reducing stress and tension. Sticky mats are recommended. Hatha Yoga is not recommended for those who have serious injuries or limitations; pregnant women should check with their doctor before taking this class. Yoga is best practiced in bare feet and while wearing comfortable clothing. Please refrain from eating a meal before class as yoga is best practiced with a fairly empty stomach. Concentrate on the basic Pilates Reformer exercises in this mixed-level class. Beginners are welcome and those with experience do the same series of exercises, but are challenged by digging deeper into the core connection.

Beginners focus on learning postures and breath awareness while emphasizing relaxation and flexibility. This class is also offered to intermediate yoga participants who are looking for a class that is more dynamic and challenging, focusing on the flow of postures.
