In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the City’s Community Events team is reimagining experiences for the spring and summer that work within the mass gathering order constraints to help keep our community healthy. Events like the Memorial Day Ceremony, Independence Day celebration and Dublin Irish Festival will likely look a little different. Community Event Permit Process More than 100 events per year choose Dublin as their host city. The Community Event Permit Process is designed to ensure a safe and successful event for organizers as well as participants, guests and our residents. If you are planning an event on Dublin public property or inviting guests to an event that may affect public property, traffic or residents within or surrounding the City of Dublin, a Community Event Permit is required.
