DUBLIN PARKS CONSTRUCTION UPDATES

Riverside Crossing Park Update The future Riverside Crossing Park encompasses both sides of the Scioto River at the interface between destinations, neighborhoods, The Dublin Link bridge and the river. The East Plaza is set to be completed in 2021 and the finishing touches on the park’s lawn space and recreation paths is on track to be completed in early 2022. Brandon Park Pond Restoration Project Located at 7800 Brandonway Drive and nestled in the middle of the park, Brandon Pond’s naturally wooded area, observation/ fishing dock, and walking trails provide an accessible oasis of natural ecosystems. The Brandon Park Pond restoration project will enhance the existing pond by enlarging, deepening and benching areas to create a variety of aquatic ecosystems. These ecosystems will promote the ability of the pond to sustain aquatic life and give the community a place to enjoy an enhanced park experience. The combination of snowmelt this winter and expected rainfall in spring will help to fill the pond. After the pond is filled, Dublin volunteers will plant native, aquatic plants in the pond to support a diverse ecosystem.

New! Pickleball Courts Coming Soon Try one of the fastest growing sports in America — pickleball! A cross between tennis and badminton, pickleball is easy to learn and beginners can quickly pick up a game with their friends. As pickleball continues to rise in popularity, the City of Dublin is opening eight new dedicated pickleball courts this year.
