The heat and humidity of long summer days is not far away. Let’s take a look at how we can stay hydrated and healthy this summer.

We often hear of the recommendation of

• Strawberries, lemons and blueberries • Cucumbers, strawberries and kiwi Popsicles Watermelon-Strawberry Popsicles (adapted from Eatingwell.com) Ingredients • 3/4 cup sliced strawberries plus 2 cups whole strawberries, divided • 2 cups cubed seeded watermelon • ¼ cup lime juice Directions • Press sliced strawberries to the insides of six 3-ounce freezer- pop molds. • Combine whole strawberries, watermelon, lime juice, brown sugar and salt in a blender. Puree. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve set over a medium bowl, pressing on the solids to yield as much juice as possible. (Discard solids.) Divide the mixture among the prepared molds and insert sticks. • Freeze until solid (about 6 hours). Summertime Lemon Ice Pops (Adapted from Bluediamond.com) Ingredients • 1 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk

• 1 cup lemon yogurt • 2 tbsp. maple syrup • Juice and zest of 1 lemon • Splash of vanilla extract

Directions • Whisk ingredients together and pour into ice pop molds. • Freeze until solid (about 2 hours).
