Cooking with Renee Cohen: Greenmarket to Grill This fun-filled, educational, and delicious adventure promises to elevate your cooking prowess. Whether you are a novice or a seasoned home cook, learn essential kitchen techniques and tips through hands-on lessons. From mastering knife skills to crafting mouthwatering dishes, expand your culinary repertoire and savor the fruits of your labor with a memorable sit-down feast at the end. Recipes include greenmarket crudités with caramelized onion dip, grilled portobello mushroom stacks with mozzarella and tomato-basil vinaigrette, wild grilled salmon with farro, pea shoots, and honey Dijon vinaigrette, inside-out stuffed sliders with special sauce, homemade pickles, and fixings, Thai glass noodle salad with grilled shrimp, and strawberry rhubarb crisp. RENEE COHEN began baking with her mother in their home kitchen to sell to neighborhood restaurants and eventually, the family opened My Most Favorite Food, a restaurant and bakery, where she managed, baked, and created menus for over a decade. She earned a Master Culinary Degree at the French Culinary Institute (ICC) and completed the Techniques of Fine Cooking at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE). She also received a Masters Degree in Education between management and chef positions. She founded CuisineArts to marry her passion for cooking with her love of teaching.
