cades of experience in the release liner and pressure sen- sitive materials industry. He spent 29.5 years with Technic- ote, later Beontag, where he held a variety of leadership roles spanning sales management, product management, and technical development. His background includes man- aging silicone-coated release liner and pressure sensitive sheeted divisions, leading inside and outside sales teams, and working closely with technical groups to qualify new silicone systems and alternative liner supply options. In his new role at CRG, Hefelfinger will focus on stra- tegic growth initiatives within the company’s expanding release liner business. Pacificolor Chad Fallon, Chris Holliday and Chip Wells have been ap- pointed as Inside Sales Account Managers for Pacificolor LLC, a prepress provider in the North American flexible and corrugated packaging industries. The three new hires bring extensive industry experi- ence across prepress, flexographic packaging, project management and brand coordination. In their roles, Fallon, Holliday and Wells, will serve as the link between Pacificolor’s brand and packaging clients and its internal technical and production teams. Their responsibilities include managing commercial re- lationships while overseeing the full technical, administra- tive and operational workflow of packaging projects from artwork approval to final production. Chad Fallon joins Pacificolor with more than 25 years experience in packaging and prepress. Most recently, he served as New Business Coordinator at Yamamoto, Inc. in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to that, he spent eight years as Senior Client Co- ordinator at Schawk, Inc. Chris Holliday entered the prepress industry in 2013 and brings a background in design and branding to his role. He has widespread experience working for Schawk, SGS & Co and most recently as Project Manager with RR Donnelley & Sons. Chip Wells brings three decades of flexographic and prepress expertise to Pacificolor. He began his flexograph- ic career in 1997, holding various senior roles, most recent- ly serving as Project Manager at SGS & Co.
