HOW TO PRICE A COMMERCIAL SYSTEM
SELECTING YOUR PUMP
• Following the saving of your quote, you will be able to start your pump selection. Select the Item Actions tab and click, New Item: Select pump
• You will be able to select your pump in 2 ways, either by conditions of service or by a size list
• Once selecting conditions of service you will be brought to the selection menu. • Input your duty points and select your frequency. Hit Next for your selection results.
• You will have to select the product line you are looking to use. • There are water pumps and fire pumps available in this selection. Fire is dictated by FMUL after the product name. • Select the product line you wish to select from and click next.
• You will be routed to the Product Line Options tab. • You may select your testing standard at this page.
• You will then see your search results. • The default filter is Pump Efficiency but if you click on any of the columns, you may sort by that criteria.
• Once you have made your selection, you will need to configure the pump set. • Click the Option Selection page
• Once you have entered the configuration page, you will need to go through the options displayed in the configuration tree and choose your motor, coupling, and verify your testing requirements.
• Once you have completed configuring your pump, just click Finish>>
• Once you have clicked finish, you will be brought to the price sheet. You will need to click save and select Save & return to Quote Docs. This will bring you to the submittal generator.
GENERATING YOUR QUOTATION & SUBMITTAL • Once you have made it to the Quote Docs page, you will need to make sure that your configuration is selected. You will then click the Complete Quote Package button. • Make sure you have selected the documents you require and then select the Generate Complete Quote Package (PDF) • You will then be able to print your Quotation and Submittal documents to PDF
