Christmas Hampers
Kingdom City Church kindly donated Christmas ham- pers to those patients who will be spending the holi- days in hospital. These beautiful hampers are filled with festive treats and essentials, which will undoubtedly bring comfort and joy to our patients, creating a warm and festive atmosphere at Ryde. We extend our sincere thanks to Kingdom City Church for their efforts and donation.
Nurse Leadership Presentations
On Thursday 7 th December the Nursing Unit Managers and Nurse Managers of Ryde Hospital Graduated from the NSLHD Nursing and Midwifery leadership course. The program has run over the past 10 month and involved each participant attend 6 face to face workshops. The workshop topics included Leading self and self - care, Leading others and Managing relationships, Leading Or- ganisational Quality and Safety, Creating person centred care, Leading change and quality improvements, Re- flective practice, coaching and clinicals supervision. As part of the program each participant was required, as part of the graduation ceremony to present a project that is underway or to be commenced in their clinical environment.
