We have a sight unseen satisfaction guarantee on any cattle bought over the phone. DELIVERY Free delivery anywhere in the nation with a combined purchase of $6,000 or more. WINTERING Bulls can be kept at Stone Gate Farms until April 6th, free of charge. $100 discount for bulls taken home on sale day. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Cattle will sell under the suggested Terms and Conditions of the American Angus Association www.Angus.org Inspection of Cattle Cattle may be inspected at your convenience. HEALTH All cattle will be accompanied with proper health certificates for immediate shipment. All females have been vaccinated with Triange 10HB. All cattle will have been treated for internal and external parasites within 30 days of the sale. All bulls have been semen tested. BULL MANAGEMENT Bulls were weaned with no creep and then started on test with a 12% protein ration for 120 days when yearling weights were taken. The long yearlings have since been hand fed 12lb of grain along with hay. CATTLE INFORMATION All registered bulls in this sale have DNA enhanced EPD’s and parentage verified using DNA. Updated data on all the bulls will be available a week before sale day. Any new information will be posted on our website and Facebook page. You can view updated EPD’s online at angus. org on our digital catalog. Videos will be available to view 2 weeks before sale date on our website or at DVAuction.com. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND LIABILITY Anyone attending this sale does so at his or her own risk. Announcements from the auction block regarding the cattle selling in this sale take precedence over information listed in this sale book. RETAINED BULL INTEREST For bulls selling with retained interest, buyer gets full possession with Stone Gate Farms retaining 1/3 interest on semen sales. Stone Gate Farms asks buyer to provide 30 straws / year for in herd use at buyers convenience and Stone Gate Farms expense. FIRST BREEDING SEASON GUARANTEE All bulls selling will be covered 100% for any breeding soundness issues for the first year. 100% of the value of the injured bull minus the salvage value will be given only as a credit in future sale or towards a replacement bull, if available. Injury must be verified by a veterinarian and notice given to Stone Gate Farms immediately. VOLUME DISCOUNT Discount will start with the purchase of three bulls.
