Try this simple exercise to help you feel better... Always consult your physical therapist or physician before starting exercises you are unsure of doing. EXERCISE ESSENTIALS HEEL RAISE Stand while holding a chair as shown. Slowly stand on your tip toes, lifting your heels as high as you can and hold the position. Then repeat to the starting position. Repeat 10 times.
