This year, our Lot 1 bull is what I call an Industry leading herd sire. I really admired the performance and masculinity this bull possesses. When you study this bull, it is simply amazing how he ties together muscle, body capacity, and foot size into an overall impressive package. His mother HB Zara 937 is what I call a foundation female. She has raised 5 calves in a 364-day window. She has a weaning ratio of 100 and a yearling ratio of 106. We do have a lot of paternal sisters to this bull in the heifer lot, only one maternal sister in the herd and her name is HB Zara 302. I bet you not, you will see lots of herd bulls out of her in years to come. Simply put, he comes from an outstanding cow family that originated from Mohen Angus in South Dakota. We bought a bull from Musgrave a couple of years ago, and these next two bulls are out of him. Feat 2513 has done a great job for us. You will like the muscle and rib shape he puts in these calves. These two bulls are good. 5006 is out of a first calf heifer that goes back to the Enchantress family. This bull is extremely thick down his top and deep in his rib shape. He ranks in the 20% for Milk, Teat, Udder, $EN, and $W.
