In collaboration with Valley of the Sun United Way and the Yale Child Study Center-Scholastic Collaborative for Child and Family Resilience, the School Success Kits are designed to help families support children’s social-emotional learning and academic growth. It provides guidance for how to develop strong partnerships with schools such as tips for maintaining good attendance strategies and questions for parent- teacher conferences. The research-based kit features a bilingual family guide to strengthen literacy skills and supports strategies to build resilience, foster family engagement, and more.
