Work Description: Jim Proce is currently the City Manager in Anna, TX. He was so inspired by the rebuild of Kids Kingdoms’ “Robot Playground” in Rowlett, that he contracted Play By Design once again to spearhead another community build playground in Anna, TX. This playground celebrates the local history and was awarded Best Playground (In Texas) Under 2 Million in 2019. For the best view of the playground, please click the video flyover below:
