The goal to invigo- rate a company culture that flows between collaborative and heads-down work style resulted in a sophisticated design that is able to unify the aesthetics of two legacy companies. To represent HMH’s brand in their new corporate offices, a neutral palette with bright company colors as an accent was used. The elegant recep- tion area with a customized re- claimed wood table and bright colored chairs sets a welcoming first impression on guests as they walk in. Various depart- ments were separated with the use of different yet cohesive carpeting and wall accents. Wood millwork throughout the space added the functionality and warmth that was required. The combination of private offices and open area worksta- tions with conveniently located meeting rooms and breakout pantries creates the harmoni- ous space that Hackensack Me - ridian Health was looking for.
