The brokerage and advisory firm was co- founded by multifamily industry leaders and longtime business partners Thomas McConnell, CCIM and Kevin McCrann. The team of brokers will focus exclusively on multifamily and mixed use properties in Westchester and Rockland counties. Investment Associates Michael Scrima and Thomas Gorman, Jr. will be the lead brokers with Thomas McConnell, CCIM assuming the role of the broker of record.
