PRN and VRS are long-term tenants of Keystone, and will be relocating to 5 Sentry from Keystone’s One Plymouth Meeting property, which will be undergoing large-scale renovations. “Both PRN and VRS were existing tenants at our Plym- outh Meeting property, and - as innovative, expanding companies – were in need of larger office facilities to absorb their growing staffs,” added Gottlieb. “These firms found the new 5 Sentry, with an onsite fitness facility and other lifestyle amenities, an

intriguing office location that would enable them to attract and retain the leading talent they need to maintain their growth.” Michael Barker and Cody Lehrer of CBRE rep- resented PRN and VRS in their leases, while Keystone was represented by Patrick Brady and Ryan FitzPat- rick of Avison Young . Situated in Philadelphia’s prominent Blue Bell submar- ket, 5 Sentry is proximate to hotels, restaurants and banks as well as the Plym- outh Meeting Mall. n

We’re pleased that Linde, PRN, and VRS have chosen 5 Sentry to continue to grow and evolve their businesses.” After acquiring the 133,000 s/f office property, Keystone has completed a strategic reinvestment program at 5 Sentry, implementing signifi- cant functional and cosmetic upgrades to transform the office park into a state-of-the- art commercial facility. The enhancements include: a new first-class amenity area with a fitness center, conference rooms, a lounge area and an on-site grab-and-go; a new outdoor patio with seating; a roof deck; an expanded en- trance for the property’s east- ern building, 5 East, including a new curtain-wall façade and two-story atrium lobby; a re- freshed lobby at 5 West; and significant upgrades to the property’s landscaping.
