Under the direction of 2017 CREW Lehigh Valley President Kristin Holmes, PE, LEED AP, members of the organization’s board of directors and committee chairs held a strategic planning session to review chapter goals and set directions for the year. Secretary Marie McConnell conducted an overview of by-law changes which involved clarification of membership classes and composition. The group affirmed the core values of the organization concerning leadership, excellence, professional community, and commitment. Chapter goals include using programming to educate members, promoting engagement with the National CREW Foundation, encouraging and publicizing business to business referrals within the chapter, and enhancing relationships with other CREW chapters.
