SILVER SOLDER BARRELS The first company in the world to develop an industrial process to silver solder shotgun barrels. Zoli Company’s technique guarantees a more efficient joining of barrels compared to the more traditional approach. BARREL WEIGHTING & TUBE DESIGN Through finding the right blend between traditions and science Zoli Company have developed a set of barrels which offer a superior ballistic performance while providing a dynamic balance to the shotgun. Z-TECH Why Choose Zoli? FORGED ACTION & MONO-BLOCK The action, trigger plate and monoblock form the foundation of the gun, all made using forged alloy steel. The trigger plate mechanism is independent from the action so does not sustain the stress and strain that could affect the adjustment of the firing mechanism. High adjustment standards are therefore guaranteed even under prolonged heavy use. 1

SILVER SOLDERED BARRELS Zoli was the first company in the world to develop an industrial process to silver soldered barrels. Advantages entail a more homogeneous assembly reducing micro-vibration up to 90%, superior strength and heat resistance with perfect and permanent point of impact. In addition highly durable chemical blueing can be used to maintain the appearance of the gun for years.

BHB SYSTEM The Zoli BHB system addresses the issue of weight and its location helping create the optimum dynamics to achieve perfect control of the shotgun. Zoli developed the first dynamic adjustment system specifically for a shotgun.

BALLISTIC PERFORMANCE The refined ballistic performance of a Zoli shotgun is its most important feature which truly tells it apart from any other product. Excel your shooter experience with correct point and power of impact, homogenous shot distribution and shooting comfort through recoil managment.

TRIGGER GROUP Most Zoli guns are fitted with a hand detachable trigger group Zoli designed locked system and loaded with powerful coil springs. All critical parts are treated with titanium nitride and main coil springs coated with self lubricating material for maximum corrosion resistance and wear. Hammers, sears and trigger plates are precision CNC macchined, specially hardened and ground.

BOSS LOCKING SYSTEM Consists of a split locking bolt that mates accurately with the locking lugs of the monoblock. The central position of the locking system compared to the monoblock axis ensures maximum tightness. The joint between barrel and action stands the test of time.

Z-GUN RIBS & VERSIONS The Flat rib versions are supplied with a tapered top rib or parallel rib and in keeping with the classical tradition our ribs are fully chequered. Due to a wide choice of barrel lengths and stock configurations, we are able to satisfy any specific request.

The Mid rib version is identifiable thanks to its medium height, fixed tapered rib - a small but very important detail that helps achieve a more relaxed neck position when shooting. Extra interchangeable barrel sets are also available on request.

The High rib has been developed to achieve the sense of comfort. The HR model naturally leads your eyes to the target, offering a perfect view that translates into a significant reduction of discomfort for neck and shoulder during long strings of firing.

Flat rib barrel lengths available in 28” - 29.5” - 31” - 32” or 34” optional. Mid rib is available in barrels lengths 29.5” - 32”. High rib barrel length available in 29.5” - 32” - 34”.

STOCK All Zoli stocks are hand selected from Turkish Walnut and finished with hand rubbed oil.

ZOLI ONE The Zoli One represents a milestone in the history of our company. Created exclusively for the UK market, this stunning 12 gauge shotgun places unique technological advances alongside traditional Italian craftmanship at a price that’s more accessible to many shooters. The superior steel proofed, silver soldered barrels give perfect balance, are available in a choice of either 29 ½” or 32”, and come fitted with an 11 – 7mm tapered rib. A forged alloy steel monolithic action uses a Boss type locking system for enduring strength and reliability. Scroll engraving and a hot blued black finish give the Zoli One a refined look that will certainly catch the eye on any shooting ground, whilst not looking out of place on the most prestigious game day. KRONOS M-SPORT The Kronos M-Sport is the newest addition to the Kronos family, it was brought to the market with the idea of being the “multi-discipline” competition offering from Zoli.

The name comes from the 4 “M’s” involved in the creation of the M-Sport, those being:

Z-SPORT Our Z-Gun range proudly sets the standard in terms of performance, reliability, comfort, ergonomics and style. It is with pride that we acknowledge the numerous competitive victories attained from this range – they stand as testament to the dedication and passion that went into the production of each and every gun. The entire Z-Gun range is fitted with a forged, stainless steel, monoblock action that makes it possible to encompass a Boss-type lock system and an easily extractable trigger group. The different stocks on offer are all easy to disassemble and are interchangeable. But the real asset of this range, as with all Zoli guns, is to be uncovered in the barrels, all entirely silver soldered, affording a softer, more gradual recoil in spite of the extreme ballistic performance. The techniques we employ to make these barrels is the outcome of over 50-years of experience we have acquired thanks to our in-house production.

Z-BELLA Zoli are passionate in the belief that female shooters deserve a gun especially designed for the female form. The Z-Bella meets the requirements with all stock dimensions adapted to cater, including the pistol grip, drop, length of pull, pitch and cast, with each stock equipped with an adjustable comb. Available only in 12 gauge, the Z-Bella comes in a flat tapered rib with a choice of 28”, 30” or 31” barrel lengths, and with five interchangeable extended titanium chokes. Upon request, the Z-Bella is also available in a mid-step rib or in a high adjustable rib in 30” barrel length. The Z-Bella is offered in either a silver or black action, boasting elegant deep scroll engraving to the frame, tastefully embellished with Swarovski crystals. The Z-Bella is attractively presented, without sacrificing the technical nature of a product dedicated to competitions. The Z-Bella comes equipped with BHB (Between Hands Balancer) in the pistol grip, a dynamic corrector used to customize and tune both the balance and swing dynamics of the shotgun. Around the BHB stock, Swarovski crystals encircle the iconic Z-Gun logo, a symbol of the prestigious Zoli Z-gun range. XL-EVO The Zoli XL-EVO represents the fundamental aspects that distinguish the whole Z-Gun range and goes on to reach even further. Unlike the other models the XL-EVO is fitted with an increased action with a variable weight structure which can be adjusted by the shooter themselves; the two side plates can be exchanged with others of a different weight. This innovation completely reflects the concept ‘Between Hands Balance’ introduced by Zoli. When shooting at professional level, having a gun that can be perfectly tuned is essential. The Zoli XL-EVO has been created specifically to fulfil such requirements thanks to the variable weight of the ‘VGC’ action, to the dynamic ‘BHB’ device and adjustable comb. The XL-EVO is also fitted with self-lubricating springs, stainless steel bush firing pins, Boss-type locking system and silver soldered barrels.

Due to a wide choice of barrel lengths and stock configurations, we are able to satisfy any specific request. All our barrels are silver soldered thereby affording a softer more gradual recoil in spite of the superior ballistic performance and are supplied with interchangeable extended / flush chokes or with fixed chokes. Flat rib barrels are available in 12, 20, 28 or 410 gauge. A 20 gauge gun can on demand be supplied with an extra set of barrels in 28ga or .410.

MID RIB The Mid Rib version is identifiable thanks to its medium height, fixed tapered rib - a small but very important detail that helps achieve a more head up shooting position and faster target acquisition throughout all disciplines of shooting. Extra interchangeable barrel sets are also available on request. The Z-Sport Mid Rib is available only in 12 ga.

HIGH RIB Every aspect of the HR has been developed to achieve the highest level of performance in clay target shooting. The sense of comfort immediately perceived when using this style of gun is immediately apparent. The HR model naturally leads your eyes to the target, offering a perfect view that translates into a significant reduction of discomfort for neck and shoulder during long strings of firing. The lowered recoil sensation is due to the action being on a lower plane and also due to the Boss-type lock-up that moves the gun’s central axis to a higher position. The HR is fitted with a newly introduced 11mm or 16mm adjustable tapered or parallel rib (only on 75cm – 29.5”) that can be easily adjusted to change the point of impact 50/50 to 70/30.

Z-EXPEDITION Designed and built for hunting, both at home and abroad, the Expedition model is a complete package for the game shooter. The Z-Expedition boasts a striking aesthetic – equalling that of prestigious market contenders – and commands a performance reaching far beyond the standard of other similar guns. The Z-Expedition features English-style engraving in antique silver, covering an impressive 90% of the action. To the sides, two distinct ovals stand out with a gold partridge to one side and a gold woodcock to the other. The stock is carved from Turkish Walnut and shows a luxuriously vibrant grain, with finely cut checkering and hand-finished oil polish. The butt plate is also constructed from wood, with fine checkering and the stock boasts a Prince of Wales style pistol grip. In addition, Every Z-Expedition gun is supplied with either 5 interchangeable chokes or is fixed choke and is contained in a case with combination lock, approved for air travel.

The Z-Expedition is available in 12, 20 or 28 gauge with a choice of barrel lengths.

PERNICE Uniquely, the Pernice is a true round body model, with a fully rounded frame, machined from a monolithic forged steel alloy with a Zoli removable trigger group. All trigger parts are titanium nitrate treated for maximum corrosion resistance, while main springs are coated with a self-lubricating material to preserve their strength over time.

As standard with Zoli guns, the Pernice features silver soldered barrels and is equipped with a top solid Churchill rib. The stock is crafted from a fine Turkish Walnut with fine hand checkering and is hand finished in a luxe oil.

The Pernice is available in 12, 20, 28 or .410 ga. and can be equipped with an extra set of barrels upon request with the choice of multi-choke & fixed*.

Edgar Brothers and Zoli share the same belief that part of a products success and reputation in a market is built around the warranty and after-sales service provided. As the UK representation for Antonio Zoli products, Edgar Brothers will oversee all warranty/service requirements, either through our inhouse factory trained gunsmiths, a select and trusted number of third party gunsmiths based in the UK or through the factory services where required. TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY? We believe that the warranty should sit with product and not the person, which is why we have issued the Zoli Owner’s Card. Providing record and proof of warranty status and service log, this feature can also be used in the transfer of any second hand sale of the shotgun ensuring full authentication of any remaining guarantee period.
