Chassis Jacking Rail BMRCJR001H Designed to install with simple hand tools these jacking rails directly bolt-on to existing mounting holes and use factory hardware. These rails add strength to the chassis by reducing flex and add reinforced locations for jack stands or racking the ve- hicle on a two-post lift. These heavy-duty, adjustable end link kits, manufactured from 6061-T6 billet aluminum are designed to reduce deflection, reduce sway bar rate and eliminate increased body roll. Radiator Support With Sway Bar Mount Designed as a direct replacement for the stock Mustang radiator support. Manufac- tured from 1-5/8" DOM tubing and 1/4" laser cut mounting plates this unit saves 8 pounds of front end weight over OEM support without eliminating the sway bar. Requires no modifications or fabrication and uses stock OEM installation hardware. Manufactured with provisions for factory front chassis brace on 2011-up models. Designed to fit all 2005-10 Mustangs and 2007-10 Shelby GT500’s. This non- adjustable rear sway bar is manufactured from cold formed 22mm bar stock and CNC-formed for exact tolerances. Billet aluminum end links with 88-durometer, low-deflection, polyurethane greasable bushings are used for attachment resulting in a 52% increase in sway bar rate over the stock bar. Black hammertone finish. Made in USA.
The 100% bolt-in design can be installed with simple hand tools and no modifica- tions or welding is required. Manufactured from 1x2-inch steel tubing and laser-cut 3/16-inch steel plate the two-point design solidly links the front strut towers, added strength to the entire front unibody and suspension. Lowering Spring Kits All BMR springs are manufactured from chrome silicon high-tensile spring wire, and are cold wound on a CNC coiling machine. The CNC coiling head can adjust the spring diameter in real time to ensure that every spring is exactly the same. This guarantees that your right spring matches your left spring. Every spring is compressed solid at the factory, not once, but twice. This gives the spring its permanent set, and guarantees no sag. BMR springs are stress-relieved at 750 degrees F, ensuring most stresses induced during the winding process are eliminated. This allows BMR to offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY against spring sag.
