Speed-Dial Speedometer Adjuster FRDM4209ADPT-AC Correct speedometer readings on any 1994-10 Ford Mustang created by tire size or gear ratio changes. Speed-Dial, which involves a simply, four-wire installation and requires no PCM re- programming, scales a frequency based vehicle speed signal up/down to maintain accurate vehicle speed indication to the instrument panel and PCM.
