S197 Mustang Stealth Kits Stealth fuel Systems are a complete drop-in, single fuel pump assembly. With ORB-08 out- let and return ports, the S197 kit incorporates the factory jet siphon system and sending unit. Kit utilizes the factory fuel tank, O-ring, lock ring and mounting location. A bypass style regulator and return line are required. A Billet Speed Pump Controller AFS16306 is required for EFI street applications. Aeromotive Fuel Rail Kits Application specific fuel rail kits combine 3,000 horsepower flow capabilities and easy, bolt-on installation. Made from aluminum billets, rails have full-size ports at each end for optimal supply and minimal hydraulic fluctuation. Rails have a full 5/8” bore, end-to-end, ORB-08 ports and additional inlet/outlet ports where required for convenient plumbing. A custom ORB-08/AN-10 adapter (#AFS15641) adds compatibility with –10AN lines. Among these was a reconfigured fuel tank. Kit works with stock tank, factory jet siphon system, and sending unit. Also included is an integral 110-micron stainless steel pre-pump filter. A billet Speed Pump Controller (AFS16306) is required for EFI street applications.Requires use of a by- pass style regulator and return line.

Fuel pump installs directly into the OEM tank, integrating with the stock fuel level sending unit and transfer pump. The Stealth A1000 system is capable of feeding up engines with up to 1,300 horsepower, while the Stealth Eliminator can provide fuel for applications with up to 1,900 horsepower. Each sys- tem is complete with fuel rails, pressure regulator, fuel pump, fuel filter, one-way check valve, necessary fittings, wiring kit and all hardware.
