Dominic’s vision when he founded Ue Coffee Roasters in 2009 was to become the Cotswolds’ first speciality coffee roaster. His aim was to source and import his own beans, thus creating a traceable line to ensure quality and ethics. This required significant effort and time, but eventually the aroma of roasting beans and the upcoming challenge replaced Dominic’s dreams. Eventually, Ue Coffee Roasters became more successful as their reputation grew, 5 tonnes of coffee beans became 50 tonnes. Today, Dominic and his team continue to be driven by the same principles, and passion for people is evident at every stage of the Ue process, from sourcing and roasting to marketing and training our customers to stand out and stay ahead of their competition. They want their customers to believe in their ethos and invest in great coffee, great people, and great ethics, rather than seeking something generic.
