28) The participants can take responsibility of performing buddy checks of tethering on colleagues prior to and during working at height (Ability, intermediate level)
29) The participants can explain potential increased hazards from adverse environmental conditions in relation to dropped objects and the need for tethering (Knowledge, intermediate level)
The instructor shall:

anchor point or attachment point
a.
wildlife
b.
ice cover on blades, steps and platforms
c. effects of environmental conditions (e.g. sun -heated or frozen tools)
