15) The participants can explain their own emergency response plan, rescue strategy and dropped - object controls to hub/spinner/inside -blade rescue scenarios in their work context ( Knowledge , intermidiate level)
The instructor shall:
a. how hub/spinner/blade rescues are initiated and escalated
b. communication with site leadership and external resources (e.g. vessel, ambulance, telemedical support)
a. choice of rescue route (inside vs outside routes; hub -nacelle -tower)
b.
when to hold vs when to move the injured person
a.
safe tethering practices
b.
housekeeping and exclusion zones during rescue
The participants shall:
