The aim of this lesson is to refresh control measures that reduce the risk of training specific focus on manual -handling risks in hub, spinner and blade rescue exercises.

and Inside Blade Rescue Refresher
Training , the participants can:
16) Select warm-up exercises relevant to the physical demands of hub/spinner/blade rescue training (Skills, advanced level)
17) Describe key manual -handling risk factors in the upcoming Hub, Spinner and Inside Blade Rescue Refresher exercises (e.g. lift, carry, awkward postures, constrained spaces) and propose control measures (Knowledge, basic level)
18) Apply agreed manual -handling control measures during the practical exercises (Ability, basic level)
ELEMENT 3.1 - CONTROL MEASURES, WARM -UP AND MANUAL -HANDLING FOCUS
Learning objectives:
19) The participants can perform an appropriate warm -up and point out manual -handling risks and control measures relevant to the Hub, Spinner and Inside Blade Rescue Refresher Module scenarios (Skills, intermediate level)
The instructor shall:
