CERVICAL RETRACTION Sit in a chair with good posture and your feet flat on the floor. Press your fingers into your chin until you feel a stretch in the back of your neck. Hold for 15 seconds and repeat 3 times.

PELVIC TILT ON BALL Sit on an exercise ball with tall, relaxed posture. Slowly and gradually tilt your pelvis muscles forwards then backwards making a small circle with your hips. Keep your core engaged. Repeat 10 times. 2 4 1 3 2 9
