T ATE give our readers, this month, a pic- * * ture of the Jewish children who meet each week in the Missionary Cottage to study the Bible and to sew. There are now forty-five children enrolled in our school, with an attendance at the last meeting of thirty-four. We are arranging a definite course of instruction in the Old Testament Scriptures,' designed to teach the children not only the historical facts of the Word, by means of God’s own method with chil­ dren—the Bible story; also the fundamental doctrines of our faith, such as the fall of man, the depravity of the human heart and the blood atonement.
