NPA measures the honey’s ability to kill bacteria without the presence of hydrogen peroxide, and UMF is a ratings system that takes both MGO and NPA into account. UMF ratings range from five to 20+, with higher ratings signifying higher antibacterial activity. Honey Glazed Salmon Manuka honey’s delicious flavour makes it a versatile kitchen staple. Ingredients: • 4 salmon fillets • ¼ cup BeePower Australian Manuka Honey • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Directions: Preheat oven to 190°C, and line a baking sheet with baking paper. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, oil, garlic, salt and pepper and brush mixture onto the salmon fillets. Place fillets on sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and glaze is golden-brown. Serve immediately. • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 1 garlic clove, minced • salt and pepper, to taste
