Porridge Power! • ½ cup Brookfarm Gluten Free Porridge • 1 ½ cups coconut milk, or other plant-based milk • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon • ½ teaspoon ground ginger, or 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger • 1 serve protein powder Place all ingredients, except protein powder, in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and then reduce heat and simmer until thick, creamy and cooked through. Remove from the heat and stir through protein powder. Spoon into a bowl and add your favourite toppings – berries, nuts and seeds, toasted coconut flakes • ¼ teaspoon turmeric • pinch of black pepper
