TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE BIDDING : Each animal on which there are two or more bids will be sold to the highest bidder. TERMS: Terms are cash settlement and must be made after completion of sale unless prior arrangements are made and notarized. Checks are accepted and should be made payable to: Valley View Charolais Ranch, Inc. The right of property shall not pass and the release of cattle shall not be made until settlement is made and funds have cleared. DISPUTES : The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids by declaring the bids void and reselling the animals in question. HANDLING: All animals will be maintained prior to their sale at the risk of the cosigner. As their sale is effected, all animals will be maintained at the purchaser's risk. Insurance will be available upon request from agents attending the sale or ask sale clerks. Insurance is always recommended on all purchases. BREEDERS GUARANTEE: All bulls have passed a breeding soundness and semen evaluation prior to sale. We provide a breeding season (the 90-day period immediately following turn out)
guarantee on all bulls to be sound, fertile, and a reproductive breeder throughout his first breeding season. This guarantee is not an insurance or mortality policy but is a guarantee on functional fertility and soundness. It is not a substitute or replacement for poor management. We strongly recommend obtaining insurance at the time of purchase. Buyers assume all risks for running bulls together or management decisions outside genetic control.
