For guarantee to apply, we ask that you or your veterinarian contact us as soon as a condition is observed and before the animal is disposed. We will work with you to determine whether to return the bull or sell him for slaughter. We will attempt to provide a suitable replacement. If one is not provided of equal or greater value, we will issue a sale credit to be used at a future sale for full purchase price less salvage value of the bull. ANNOUNCEMENT: Announcements from the auction box take precedence over printed matter in this catalog or in other ads. HEALTH: All animals will be cleared for health and have clearance for interstate or international shipment.
DELIVERY: Delivery is only guaranteed to central terminals such as stockyards in each area. CONTRACTS : The above terms and guarantee constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller of each animal sold. LIABILITIES: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk, and the owner and sales representatives assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident which may occur.
ABSENTEE BIDS : Mail, email, or telephone bids may be made directly to Valley View Charolais Ranch, or to a representative field-man, or order-buyer representative of your choice. Bids need to be submitted to the Sale Management in plenty of time prior to the sale and will be handled strictly confidentially. Satisfaction is guaranteed on every bull upon delivery, so absentee buyers can feel completely confident in making a purchase sight-unseen. Each year many bulls are sold sight-unseen to buyers that are unable to attend the sale.
