The Owners, Auction Service, Sale Staff and hosts assume no liability for property loss or any accidents that may occur. HERD HEALTH: All females are calfhood vaccinated. The cattle are wormed and treated for lice and grubs. In addition, all are vaccinated for P13, 1BR, BVD, BRSV and 7-way Blackleg testing of cow herd to ensure that all breeding stock tested negative. The cattle will be tested immediately to meet the requirements of your state and will be provided health papers for interstate shipping. VOLUME DISCOUNT : 3 bulls = $100 off gross purchase • 4 bulls = $150 off gross purchase For each additional bull purchased, an additional $50 off the gross purchase amount will be given. NO VOLUME DISCOUNT ON HEIFERS TRUCKING: FREE DELIVERY OF BULLS at our convenience for the first 200 miles and actual cost for the rest of the trip. Any buyer who hauls his own bulls on sale day will receive a $50 discount for the first bull and $25 for each additional bull. HILLTOP ANGUS RECOMMENDS PURCHASE OF LIVESTOCK MORTALITY INSURANCE SINCE WE NO LONGER OWN THEM. Any death or injury after the animal is sold is at the buyer’s risk. Purchase of livestock mortality insurance is reasonably priced and provides coverage for your purchase. Insurance will be available on sale day. Hilltop Angus WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR any animal that is sold at the sale and left at the farm. Injury or death will not be the responsibility of Hilltop Angus Farm. Hilltop Angus is retaining one-third revenue sharing semen interest in every bull selling in this sale. Full possession and full salvage value sells on all bulls unless otherwise announced.
