Delivery: We will assist buyers in coordinating loads and mak- ing the most economical trucking arrangements possible. Semen Rights: We are selling full possession, full salvage, plus 2/3 semen revenue. This means any semen sold of the bulls, Sys Simmentals will receive 1/3 of the selling price per unit. We also reserve the right to collect up to 100 units of semen on any of the bulls for our own use. This semen will be collected at our expense and the buyer’s convenience. Purchaser shall let seller know within six (6) months of purchase if bull is unsatisfactory. Bulls will be returned at buyers expense. Seller has the right to semen check the bull. If the bull is found unsatisfactory, seller will replace with a bull of equal value agreed upon by both parties, or return pur- chase price. In no instance shall seller be responsible for more than the purchase price. For those who cannot attend the sale, we will honor a phone order and guarantee your phone purchase to meet your request when inspected personally by you. Bulls will be sold to the highest bidder. Dispute amongst bidders will be settled by the auctioneer by reo- pening the bidding among the parties involved. The auctioneer’s decision shall be final. Terms of the sale are cash or check at the time of the sale unless other arrangements are made prior to the sale.
We will abide by the rules set forth by the American Simmental Association. Announcements: Announcements made from the auction block shall take precedence over printed material in this catalog. Insurance will be available on sale day. Feeding Arrangements: We will feed bulls free of charge until April 1st, at which time we will coordinate deliveries. We are not responsible for accidents, therefore we encourage you to insure your purchases.
