We cordially welcome you to our Annual Production Sale. We place great value on the many friends and customers we have developed over the many years in the seed stock business. The cattle business is in very exciting times. In our breeding program we have always stressed profitability. We have tried to concentrate on the important traits in a cow calf operation, on raising cattle with good fertility, milk, soundness and pounds. Our program is built on using the top proven AI sires across the country. I feel this is our strongest sale offering to date. The bulls run deep in quality. At this sale buyers will have the opportunity to sort through many stout, thick made bulls with breed leading EPDs, and many half brothers can be found. All bulls are guaranteed breeders. No other guarantees are offered or im- plied. Should they fail to be breeders notice must be given within five months. Seller reserves the right to try said animal for six months, if it proves to be a breeder will return it to the buyer at buyers expense. If a bull proves to be a DISCOUNT ON CATTLE HAULED HOME SALE DAY $50 for bulls, $25 heifers
none breeder, another bull of similar value will be provided or credit towards the purchase of another bull in next years sale. If the replacement bull is purchased at a lesser price, he will never the less constitute full replacement and settlement of the account. Health papers if needed. Any death or injury after the animal is sold is at the buyer’s risk. Injury or death of bulls left at the farm after the sale will not be our responsibility. LIABILITY--- We do our best to prevent any accidents, but we will not be responsible for any accidents that could occur if you are attending the sale. You attend at your own risk.
