BECOMING THE SOLUTION Revelite is the result of an idea that was introduced to Cerno’s founders by artist, art collector, and engineer Herb Seymour. Mr. Seymour searched for an art light that would render colors accurately and cast precisely the same amount of light across the entire piece of art. His search came up empty, so he turned to Cerno, who had the tools and the imagination to bring his idea to life. Through this partnership, Revelite was born, and in 2010, we introduced the Revelite Art Light (AL), which has remained the most sophisticated art light on the market since its introduction. Revelite’s team continues to innovate new art lighting solutions and recently introduced the Revelite Ceiling Light (CL), the company’s first ceiling-mounted art lighting solution. MADE IN THE USA In 2011, Revelite became the art and display lighting division of Cerno, a lighting company founded by three childhood friends from Laguna Beach, California. What Makes Revelite Better

EVEN ILLUMINATION The patented art lights offered by Revelite provide uniform light distribution over the entire width and height of an artwork. To achieve this uniformity, each art light can be adjusted and tuned for different-sized art. COLOR ACCURACY The quality of a light source significantly impacts the colors that we see. Revelite incorporates LEDs with a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) and R9 Value to accurately reflect the artist’s color palette. The color temperature of the light source remains constant through the dimming curve, keeping whites natural and crisp. MINIMALIST DESIGN The Revelite AL and CL’s discreet design is meant to disappear, not detracting anything from the art viewing experience. ART SAFE Revelite LED technology is art safe, providing a safer alternative to traditional sources that emit excessive and potentially damaging UV and heat. CUSTOM The Revelite AL and CL are designed to perform for different sized art. If the dimensions of art are provided when ordering the Revelite AL we can tune and calibrate the fixture before it ships. It’s also easily adjustable after it’s mounted. The Revelite CL ships with multiple magnetic optical lenses allowing you to mix and match the perfect combination of lenses for your art.

Standard art lights create a bright spot of light at the top of the art piece with minimal light reaching the bottom. Revelite’s high degree of light control brings focus to the entire canvas and minimizes spill light around the artwork.

Revelite Art Light (AL) Fine Art Lighting is an Art Itself

Every piece of fine art is unique and deserves to be brought to life with a premium lighting solution created with the same vision and attention to detail. The Revelite AL appears elegant and simple, disguising a very precise and highly-engineered product. By utilizing the latest LED and optical technology, the Revelite AL provides uniform illumination with incredible color-rendering ability from a compact optical package. Art revealed with science.

STANDARD MOUNT The Standard Mount Art Light can mount to the back of the frame or the wall behind the art. The mount allows you to adjust the height of the fixture. The standard mount can be hardwired or plugged into an outlet. Please note that the plug-in version comes with an inline AC adapter. DIRECT WIRE WALL MOUNT The Direct Wire Wall Mount Art Light attaches to the wall above an art piece. This option requires mounting the fixture to a junction box properly sized to house the appropriate hardwire power supply.

REVELITE AL1 : Single row of LEDs. The AL1 is optimized for paintings less than 16˝ tall.

REVELITE AL2 : Two rows of LEDs. The AL2 is optimized for paintings from 16˝ to 36˝ tall, capable of vertical performance up to 60˝. Vertical wash will taper after 36˝.

What differentiates the Revelite CL-6 from other art lighting tools is the power to customize the shape of light by adjusting the angle and optical lenses. FLEXIBLE MOUNTING OPTIONS The fixture can be surface mounted , recess mounted , or flush recess mounted by using the optional mud-in-trim.

PERFORMANCE The CL-6 is adjustable in order to shape the illumination pattern for each unique piece of art, while delivering an even distribution of light for a range of shapes and sizes.

Light Pattern Height Adjustment: Two vertically aimable LED modules allow the height of the illuminated area to be adjusted.

Light Pattern Width Adjustment: Magnetically attached optical inserts horizontally spread the light, allowing the width of the illuminated area to be controlled.

Spill Light Control: The baffle helps eliminates light that falls below the canvas.

Uniformity: The light intensity of each module can be adjusted to balance the brightness from top to bottom on the target area.

Five different optical inserts are included with the fixture.
