Community Happenings Summer
Ringing in 2026 We saw out the old year and welcomed the new one together with Taylah Trew keeping us on our feet all night. The singing, the celebrating, and the warmth in the room said it all. Here is to everything 2026 has in store for us! Keeping Our Cool When the January heat rolled in we were ready for it. Icy poles, milkshakes, cold drinks, and good company made sure nobody suffered too much! Games, conversations, and relaxing music filled our days and there was a lovely easy summer feel to everything. Sometimes the simple things really are the best.
Something for Everyone We were spoilt for choice all summer with so much on offer every single week. Chair Tai Chi with Chris, carpet bowls, sing-alongs with Laurel McKenna, book club, craft group, cooking, coffee bus trips, and a gorgeous scenic trip to the beach that had us all feeling wonderfully refreshed. Whatever you were in the mood for, there was always something wonderful waiting.
