The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing which will take place on or before March 20, 2026. The seller will provide title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price. The 2025 real estate taxes will be paid by the seller. Buyer(s) will be responsible for all subsequent real estate taxes. Possession at closing.
