AICC To Host Disruptive Change Webinar Series
AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, is host- ing a three-part webinar, Thriving Through Disruptive Change, November 13, November 20, and December 4. This webinar will help companies create a culture of learning that will encourage employees to strive for constant improvement and grow the company. This webinar will discuss the two essential ingredients and the three-step process for developing a culture of per- sonal development and will debunk the myths that keep companies from committing to a culture of per- sonal development. The final webinar, People - Your True Competitive Advantage, will recognize that savvy leaders know it is their people who select, develop, maintain, and grow the company.
