TERMS & CONDITIONS
Roster and Artwork Approval: · CHAMPRO ® will send an e-mail with order acknowledgement and proof of the order. · Customer must review the order, proof for accuracy, and approve for production. · Production and lead time will not begin until a written artwork and roster approval is received by CHAMPRO ® . · CHAMPRO ® will acknowledge receipt of approval and confirm lead times. · No changes to an order will be accepted after artwork and roster approval is received; any changes needed will have to be submitted as a new order. Shortages/Claims: · Any claims or shortages with your order must be reported within 10 working days of receipt of goods. Order Cancellation: · Any cancellation after the order is approved will incur a charge. Care Instructions: · Excessive heat may cause fabric shrinkage and color change. · CHAMPRO is not responsible to damage to apparel as a result of improper care. Artwork Disclaimer: · CHAMPRO ® wants to work with you to put your designs, artwork, and logos on the products you purchase from us. Any such designs which CHAMPRO ® prepares for you (“Artwork”) will be the property of CHAMPRO ® and will remain CHAMPRO ® intellectual property even if you have paid a fee for our design services. You will receive the Artwork only as it appears on goods purchased from CHAMPRO ® and not in any electronic format. We will have the right to use the Artwork for any lawful purpose, including without limitation, for sales and advertising. · You represent that you have all the appropriate rights to use Customer Designs which you provide to CHAMPRO ® , and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHAMPRO ® for all costs or damages arising from a claim of infringement against CHAMPRO ® related to your Customer Design. CHAMPRO ® may request you provide written proof of your rights to use any third party logo or trademark prior to CHAMPRO ® using such logos or incorporating such logos into your Artwork. However, whether or not CHAMPRO ® makes any such request does not affect your obligation to indemnify and hold harmless CHAMPRO ® for all costs or damages arising from a claim of infringement against CHAMPRO ® related to your Customer Design.
Lead Times: · Standard: 5 weeks from artwork approval. · Express: 15 days from artwork approval.* · Orders will arrive two days from ship date. *Lead times may vary on orders over 100 pieces. Lead time will be confirmed at the time of the order. Lead times are manufacturing days and do not include shipping to customer. General Information: · CHAMPRO ® reserves the right to adjust artwork to fit the cap. Minimum Order: · Minimum of 12 pieces per team per order. Order Submission: · Custom Builder generated PDF documents are accepted and encouraged for quickest order processing. Visit champrosports.com to access our Custom Builder (CB). · If you are unable to generate a CB PDF, contact a customer service representative for an Excel Order Form. · Orders will not be accepted without a CB PDF or Excel Order Form and roster filled out. · Email the CB generated PDF & roster or the electronic order form to customerservice@ champrosports.com. Acceptable Artwork Formats: · We accept print ready files in the following formats: AI, PSD, TIFF, EPS, and editable PDF. · Files that require conversion will incur graphic handling charges at the rate of $50/per hour, with a minimum of one hour. Please contact us for an estimate. · EPS files: All text in EPS files should be converted to outlines and links should be embedded. · PSD files: Layers should be flattened. · Please remove any overprints within your file; these will drop out when printed. · PDF files will be converted to AI; any errors during conversion we are not liable for. · We DO NOT accept: Microsoft Office or InDesign files containing artwork. Embroidery Disclaimers: · Lettering must not be smaller than 0.2 inches. · "Hair lines" are not achievable in embroidery. Outlines cannot be achieved with lettering that is less than 0.75 inches in height. · Logos with complex detail cannout be embroidered. Simplification may be required and detail may be lost. Photo-quality, realistic imagery cannot be achieved. · Gradients cannot be achieved.
