WELCOME

Chuck and Carol Feddes Family

Craig and Taryn DeBoer, Cayl & Saige DeBoer, Traig and Trac

WELCOME TO OUR 2026 PRODUCTION SALE!! 2025 brought record lows on cattle numbers nationwide and along with that record prices. The market for classes of cattle have been very strong and that trend looks to continue for 2026. When we look at heifer retention and cattle inventory numbers, we are seeing a trend, supply will stay well below demand for the next several years. We as cow/calf producers will be in the driver’s seat in this market. We believe this is a great opportunity to set your operation up for success in the years to come by increasing profitability with some of the best genetics in the breed. WHERE PERFORMANCE MEETS MATERNAL! We want to express our appreciation to all of our friends and customers for your support of our program throughout the years. We stress maternal traits in our herds without sacrificing performance with calving ease. We are family owned and operated ranches breeding Red Angus cattle since 1991. We utilize extensive AI and embryo transfer programs to provide you with the most advanced and very best genetics possible. We manage the cattle ourselves with limited hired help, so we can represent our cattle from a day-to-day and hands on perspective. We don’t chase fads! We breed for “BALANCED TRAIT SELECTION”. We think it’s vital for the cowman to watch maternal traits. We work very hard on our cowherds and would be happy to show them to anyone. We want medium frame cows with great udders and feet, quiet dispositions, and good mothering ability without chasing you out of the pen when she calves. Our cattle run from 4,500 feet to mountain grass at 8,000 feet in the summer. Our grazing conditions and grass quality vary significantly, causing weaning weights to vary significantly. Pay close attention to ratios and growth EPDs, rather than just actual weaning weights. We use the most advanced technology available – DNA testing, carcass evaluation, along with a strict culling program to give you, the customer the most accurate information possible and the highest quality that will help you stay profitable in the future. EPDs can change a little on some of the cattle between the printing of the catalog and sale time due to weekly runs of BOLT system. We will have a supplement sheet available sale day, on our websites as well as DV Auction prior to the sale with updated EPDs. Our bulls this year have been developed at Veltkamp Livestock Feedlot, located just west of Manhattan. They will be available for viewing there up until 2 days before sale at which point they will be available to view at Feddes Red Angus. Veltkamp’s are very experienced at developing bulls and have been developing over 1,200 bulls a year. The Feddes/C-T bulls and one other pen of bulls in the feedlot were the only bulls to get cut back on their growing ration due to exceptional performance. We feel that this is due to years and years of breeding performance and top genetics into our cattle. We like to develop our bulls to show their true genetic potential and grow them at a rate that will provide longevity of the bulls to our customers. This is why our philosophy is “WHERE PERFORMANCE MEETS MATERAL”. The sires that are represented in the catalog are bulls that we feel fit our breeding philosophies. Bulls we use either AI or natural service are evaluated first for foot quality and structure. If they pass, then we will begin to look at the genetics behind those bulls to make sure they fit within our breeding parameters and will achieve our desired genetics. We also look at their individual performance data, ratios, EPDs and individual ultrasound data. By going through this strict process, we minimize our number of mistakes. Videos will be available through links on our websites at feddesredangus.com and ctredangus.com. The sale will be broadcast on DV Auction if you are unable to attend in person. Feel free to call us or any of the sale day phones to bid or have bulls evaluated. We are so blessed to be able to support our kids and grandkids in various sports as well as 4-H, and other school, church and community activities. We are blessed to have great friends and customers throughout this great country. Above all we want to thank our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ for His amazing grace!!!! Blessings from the Feddes and DeBoer families

Feddes / C-T Red Angus Production Sale – 1

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” – Deuteronomy 31:6 This first picture was taken a year ago at MD Anderson, the second picture was taken at the Red Angus Convention in September. It’s been a year of struggles, and yet God has been so faithful and good to us. God’s faithfulness endures forever. His loving kindness is without end. If there is only one thing I remember about 2025 it is that our HOPE in Christ comes not only from what He does in our lives, but from who He is. Take a moment to remember: Cancer cannot move Christ – He is closer than my breath. Cancer cannot dim His power – He is the endless light in our darkness. Cancer cannot take me from His grasp – I am the joy that was before Him on the cross. I AM HIS! On the hard days, sometimes the dark thoughts of this life can block our view of Christ. On the hard days, we must learn to see what is unseen and believe that God is the author and the finisher of our faith! THIS IS HOPE.

“For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” – Matthew 18:20

Right from the very beginning of time, God seemed to know that this world would be too wild and wooly for us to make it on our own. That’s why God blessed us with the ability to pray for each other, show compassion to each other and to walk alongside those who are hurting! To live in prayer together is to walk in love together. I still question God and maybe tell Him that He got this situation or that situation wrong and maybe He should ask my advice, but we all know that would be disastrous!! I love how we can depend on each other to help walk the different path given to each of us.

It is with very humbled hearts that we thank each of you, our friends and our Red Angus family, for the support that has been showered on us, our children, grandchildren and the Ranch during this past year. I have asked myself repeatedly, how do people get through the hard things in life without having a faith and hope that God is making all things new again. Lord, help each of us to never take for granted the love, the unconditional love, that You, our Savior has gifted to us. Health update – Carol is done with her treatments, growing her hair back, and dealing with every 3-month checkups. Chuck is doing great! He is still on an immunotherapy drug that he takes once a day for about another 6 months. This will extend his need for treatment again to 8-10 years instead of 2-3 years. He was a very sick man, sicker than we thought. God truly works in mysterious ways, and the story of our trips to MD Anderson in Houston, TX is one of those mysterious ways, one that we could never have thought up or planned. BUT GOD! God knew, God planned, God provided, and God blessed! “Trust in the LORD with all you heart, and do not learn on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and He will make straight your paths. God’s name is trustworthy!” – Proverbs 3:5-6

SELECT OUR BULLS WITH EVEN MORE CONFIDENCE We believe in providing our customers with the most accurate information possible. DNA profiling has advanced to the point that when added to a bull’s pedigree and his own individual data, the reliability of his EPDs increases significantly. Therefore, to better serve our customers, all of the bulls in the sale have genomic-enhanced EPDs through DNA 50K testing. The table below shows the estimated number of progeny the DNA information adds to the reliability of the EPDs. For the growth and carcass traits, the higher reliability is equivalent to almost a complete calf crop of steer calves. For a maternal trait like Stayability, it’s equivalent to getting information on at least three to four heifer calf-crops. The genomic-enhanced EPDs are made possible through a partnership between the Red Angus Association of America and Gene- Seek. Bottom line: we’ve made the investment so you can buy bulls from Feddes/C-T Red Angus with the highest possible confidence. CED BW WW YW MILK STAY MB REA EST. PROGENY: 12 9 11 7 9 30 7 5

On July 1, 2020, the Feddes Family purchased the Amsterdam Meat Shop and started Feddes Family Meats, Inc. For several years, Jake has wanted to keep our steers, feed them and market the meat. We never intended to own a state-inspected processing facility, but the Lord works in mysterious ways. Jake was at the shop inquiring about processing dates and the manager said, “Just buy the place, then you can run as many through as you want.” Six weeks later, we closed on the shop. Since that time, we have added eight employees and doubled processing capacity. We opened a retail space to sell local beef, pork, lamb, goat and bison. We have also started supplying three different restaurants in Bozeman.

We believe that this endeavor affords us the opportunity to look at car- casses from herd mates of the bulls in this catalog and gives us visual data in regard to ribeye size and marbling as well as actual carcass weight and yield grade data. This additional data enables us to look at what genetics are providing superior carcasses as well as not losing the maternal traits that Feddes & C-T Red Angus are known for.

We can truly be the place where “Performance Meets Maternal.”

We are very excited about this new endeavor. If any of you need processing done, have finished cattle or need any assistance in these areas, feel free to give Jake a call to chat about it. We look forward to where this added busi- ness can bring our operations in the future. If you’re dining in Bozeman look for the Feddes Family Meats logo!

• This PayDay son has caught my eye since he was a calf. He combines a very complete phenotype with an eye-catching look. He also has a strong performance record posting a 113 WR with nearly an 800 lb. 205 weight and a 1300 lb. YW with a 109 YR. He comes with a very correct foot and leg set and a quiet disposition. Breed leading EPDs with WW, YW, ADG all in the top 1%. Also, excellent carcass data posting a 113 REA and sitting in the top 4% for Marbling EPD. Dam is a 2-year-old Stockmarket stemming from the powerful and proven Chris cow family. She earned herself a 105 MPPA on the first try and bred back to calve in a 365-day calving window! • CE ** FAT 11 -0.3 99 161 0.38 1.73 27 11 11 8 16 0.85 0.03 32 0.19 0.00 68% 79% 1% 1% 1% 99% 37% 86% 51% 34% 34% 4% 39% 18% 37% 25% CED BW WW YW ADG DMI M ME HPG CEM ST MARB YG CW REA

• This Reputation has covered all his bases. Starting with a 77 lb. BW and posting a 113 WR and a 114 YR along with scanning a 112 IMF and a 109 REA. He’s a beautiful cherry red color with an eye-catching phenotype, plenty of volume and loads of muscle, all on a very solid foot set. These Reputation sons have been very consistent for 4 calf crops and Reputation 0094 has proven himself to be calving ease, com- bined with excellent growth and carcass. His daughters are making some top cows in the breed with very correct udders and plenty of maternal. His Dam is a 2-year-old Stockmarket cow from the highly proven and sought after Blockana cow family. She has a very correct phenotype, udder, and bred right back after raising one of our high ratioing bull calves, MPPA 105. If you are looking for a complete package don’t miss this standout, bull! • CE *** FAT 13 -1.9 88 140 0.32 1.16 33 9 10 7 14 0.77 0.14 29 0.00 0.02 48% 49% 2% 4% 9% 89% 3% 76% 82% 56% 69% 8% 89% 25% 75% 68% CED BW WW YW ADG DMI M ME HPG CEM ST MARB YG CW REA
